A group of survivors must fight for their lives against mutants created by mysterious dark smoke from a sinkhole. Lee Hwa Sun, a police detective, is thrown into chaos when she receives a call from her husband’s murderer, leading her to Mujishi, where the residents have transformed into monsters after inhaling the smoke. As she battles to survive, Lee Hwa Sun faces her fears while trying to capture the killer. Yoo Tae Han, a former police officer from Mujishi with a strong sense of justice, helps Lee Hwa Sun, risking his life to protect others.
